The dream is bringing the shopping-style back a few decades. Before even single cucumbers were wrapped in plastic. The idea is that when you need something (like, say our super fragrant and delightful dried sage) you order what you need to fill a current container you already have and I send it to you in hand-folded, compostable paper.
